Shipping and Delivery:

Our products are shipped directly to our customers from international suppliers. We source the latest products, negotiate the best prices, handle the payments and oversee the safe delivery of the items ordered to your door.  We charge you for the actual item, packaging, shipping & delivery charges only. All other charges (such as taxes, SA Customs duties & V.A.T.) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If required, these will have to be paid to the delivery driver or local postal office.

Our delivery time is the same to all major centres in SA; shipping guidelines indicated below

Estimated Delivery Times via Express Courier or Airmail:

• *Shipping via Airmail – Standard Delivery option: Estimated between 8-15 business days.
• *Shipping via Courier (DHL, Fedex, UPS) – Requested Special Delivery option: Estimated between 4-8 business days [based on whether the couriers have a smooth delivery to SA] *additional fee's to be incurred for this shipping option

Online360 Purchasing Procedure:

•         Create a free account with us at www.online360.co.za

•         Add the desired device to your shopping cart

•         Select Cash/EFT/Credit Card (Secure MonsterPay) payment option upon completion.

•         Air Mail or Express Delivery via International Couriers will be selected according to the items purchased and special request forwarded

•         A tracking number will be supplied by email after the payment has been received by Online360 and purchase order has been processed /completed by our suppliers.

2. MonsterPay Payment Option:

Online360 receive an emailed payment confirmation from MonsterPay Division within 24hrs of successful transaction. Confirmation of order can take up to +- 4 days once funds have been cleared every Tuesday or Thursday.

3. Cash Deposit / EFT Payment Option

Banking clearance period of an estimated 24 to 48 hours for payment to reflect in the Online360 bank account before an order instruction will be processed with our overseas supplier.

Weekday Banking Processes –

a) Payments made on weekdays before 16:00 will be credited to the receiving bank account by midnight of the same day.

b) Payments made on weekdays after 16:00 will be credited by midnight the following day.

Weekend Banking Processes – Payments made on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be credited to the account by midnight of the 1^st following weekday.
